PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any prices published by Excab Inc. are for reference only and do not constitute an offer to sell or an acceptance of order. All freight quotes are estimated and subject to market conditions.
DELIVERY
Excab Inc. does not guarantee delivery of any product by a given date. Any delivery dates obtained from Excab Inc. are for general information only and are subject to change without notice.
CREDIT TERMS
Acceptance or shipment of orders shall at all times be subject to credit approval. Orders based on quotations for specific jobs are subject to terms and conditions of those quotations, and the related material will be invoiced accordingly. Other orders will be invoiced at prices currently in effect at time of shipment. Accounts are net 30 days. Accounts unpaid at the expiration of 60 days past the invoice date will be closed to credit terms, and shipments will be made on a pre-pay or C.O.D. basis only. Excab Inc. offers American Express® Visa, MasterCard®, and Discover® as payment options.
SHIPMENTS
All shipments are F.O.B. shipping points with carrier determined by Excab Inc. Goods in transit are at the risk of the customer, regardless of the carrier or freight billing. Notify the driver and the local freight terminal of any shortage or damage within 10 days or you may be unable to file a claim. If material arrives and damage has occurred, contact Excab Inc. immediately at 1-800-525-0763.
CANCELLATION
No cancellations will be accepted on non-stock or special order items. Please bear in mind that these orders can take as long as six (6) weeks or more.
RETURNED GOODS
Returned goods must be returned within 30 days of shipment. No returns will be accepted without an authorization form from Excab Inc. A minimum of 25% restocking charge will be applied to any stock material returned. Additional charges for repackaging may be applied if the original packaging is not returned or is returned in damaged condition. Excab Inc. has the right to refuse to restock any item. Special orders are not returnable.
